AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
STANDARD SHIPPING
Australia Post Standard shipping is 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped*
Estimated 5-8 business day delivery to regional areas (including WA & NT).
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Australia Post Express shipping is 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped*
Estimated 2-5 business day delivery to regional areas (including WA & NT).
Please note, shipping timeframes are estimates only and do not account for any delays with the carrier, that may occur outside of our control.
We send all orders within Australia with signature on delivery for extra security. Parcels will not be left without a signature, even if requested.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be dispatched as we have set courier pickup days.
Delivery to New Zealand is calculated at the checkout.
Delivery is Express International about 2-4 business days.
We ship to the following countries from $20 AUD via DHL Express (2-5 business days) with tracking and signature on delivery: America (United States and Canada)
Europe and UK Asia Pacific (China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore & more) *Specific rates for all other countries will automatically be calculated at checkout. Shipping may take 2-10 business days depending on location.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
A signature is required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted. If you enter a PO Box address your order will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed by the receiver (customer) and it is returned back to us, an extra delivery charge will apply for its return. This charge will be deducted from the customers full order amount when a online credit note is being issued.
If you live outside a metropolitan area delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
Extra insurance cover option is available upon request. Contact info@saintloe.com for details before making payment if this option is preferred.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. All Taxes and customs charges are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Saint Loe is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding taxes and duties in your country prior to placing your order.

All prices listed on our site are in Australian dollars, and charged in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY & TERMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to contact their local postal office.
Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. We are not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Hanellei due to an incorrect delivery address given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
If incorrect details are entered by the customer and their order has already been placed, the customer has to contact info@saintloe.com immediately and provide their correct details. We are generally able to change order details unless it has already been shipped. We are not able to combine orders.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, Saint Loe reserves the right to charge a reshipping fee.
Deliveries are sent with Signature on delivery. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post and DHL will leave a delivery note and your parcel can be collected at your assigned Australia post office or re-delivery can be made with DHL. We do not leave parcels unattended. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to receive the parcel.
We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by Australia Post or DHL.
We are not responsible for any delays in International deliveries which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs clearance procedures or peak season.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
International shipping costs that Saint Loe provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Saint Loe.
