Payments & Safety

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal and AfterPay.

We use the safest and most secure payment gateway in the industry in eWay and PayPal to process all credit card payments. Our shopping cart is PCI Compliant and 128-bit SSL certified. ORDERS

Please contact us immediately and we will cancel the order for you. However, if your parcel has been shipped we are unable to cancel your order. You will then need to proceed with the returns process.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder first before emailing info@saintloe.com

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

We require 1-2 business days to process your order.

Orders with available stock are shipping within 1-2 days of payment.

Orders that contain pre-ordered items are shipping once the pre-ordered merchandise has arrived in our office. We recommend placing separate order for available items and pre-ordered items. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

If you contact us immediately on live chat or email us info@saintloe.com we can organise adding items to your order. However, if your order has been processed and prepared for shipping unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. A separate order must be made. 

When your order is still being processed the status will be 'Unfulfilled'. When your order has been posted the status will show 'Fulfilled'.

If you need to change your shipping details on your order, please email info@saintloe.com immediately. We are generally able to change your order unless it has already been shipped.

The discount code may be expired, or you did not click the APPLY button next to where you entered the code. Once your order has been placed, we cannot apply the discount code to your order. 

PRODUCTS & PRE-ORDERS

Fill in the notify me section on the product page. Ensure to select your size. If we receive a high volume of requests, we will try our best to restock the item. Some items may be re-ordered therefore the pre-order option will be available. 

A pre-order is when an item is currently out of stock, but we have made a special order from the manufacturer already and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain timeframe.

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting info@saintloe.com

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each. 

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-2 business days for preparation of your order. Once your order is ready it will be dispatched immediately.

Standard delivery within Australia can take 3-8 business days.

Express delivery within Australia can take 1-3 business days.

International DHL express delivery can take 2-5 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping for Australian orders over $150.

We do not offer free shipping for International orders.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Yes, we can post to PO Boxes in Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we cannot post to PO Boxes to all other countries.

Yes! Australian customers can track your order via Australia Post and international customers via DHL. You can also check your order confirmation for tracking details.

MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have not received your order within:

QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/ACT Regular post 7 working days/ Express post 1-2 business days.

TAS/NT/WA Regular post 10 working days/ Express post 2-3 business days.

International orders 10 business days. 

Please email us info@saintloe.com immediately and we will help you locate your parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full refunds on full priced items.

We do not offer exchanges. A new order will need to be placed.

Please enquire for more information about our Returns policy.

A refund request for Australian orders can be submitted within 14 days after the order date.

International orders can be submitted within 21 days after the order date.

The customer is responsible for return postage cost unless the item(s) are faulty, or an error is made by us (Saint Loe).

Unfortunately, all sale and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Returns Policy. 

Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Yes you can return your items for a refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange for other items. A new order must be made.

The customer is responsible for return postage cost.

CREDIT NOTES & GIFT CARDS

No, you do not need to use your Saint Loe gift card in one transaction. If you do not use the total amount, your credit balance will update, and you can use the remaining balance at a later date.

Your Saint Loe gift card is valid for 12 months only.
