Our online returns policy
- We offer full refunds on all full priced items.
- Sale items including all items in a site wide sale (Items marked as Sale cannot be returned).
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
- All items do not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
- All items have no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available.
- This excludes jewellery. Jewellery is not eligible for returns and is excluded from our return policy for hygiene reasons.
- Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order had been received and 21 days for international returns from the date the order had been received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
Each garment is quality inspected before sending and when receiving returns. If we receive item/s that do not meet our conditions of return, we will send the item/s back to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
While every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Saint Loe reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Saint Loe.
Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of placing your order. Items received outside this date will not be accepted. All returns must meet our store policy conditions of return as stated above.
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to5-7 business days. Please note, there maybe delays during busy periods such as holidays and sales.To receive a refund for your online purchase, you must fill out your returns form correctly.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the date of placing your order.

- The customer is responsible for return postage cost unless the item(s) are faulty, or an error is made by us (Saint Loe).
If items are returned not in their original condition, Saint Loe reserves the right to charge a damages fee. Fee will be based on damages and will be deducted from from credit note total.

To ensure we receive your returned item(s) safely your parcel must include a tracking number. If you choose to send your item(s) without a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Items purchased with a gift card or store credit cannot be returned for a refund. A credit note for the amount purchased will be issued to you in the form of a gift card.
We take great pride in the quality of our products, therefore all items are checked for defects or faults before they are shipped to customers.
However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item, which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately at info@saintloe.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
